food supplements?

In the natural cures book, kevin says not to take vitamins, but take whole food supplements. Does anyone know if Solray brand vitamins are from whole foods?

Solaray, unfortunately, is not a whole food supplement company. You would need to find Mega Foods, New Chapter, or Garden of Life Products. They really do work much better.
