i just watched a movie called MISSING with jack lemon and sissy spacek all about this but they never said the name of the government during this cou does anyone out there know what i am talking about

I don't think Peru existed in the 1070s but The Military overthrew president Belaunde in 1968 under General Alvarado in 68 and Fransisco Morales in 1975 Belaunde re assumed office in 1980
