Goodwill and other thrift shops. You can by thousands of dollars worth of clothes for only a few bucks. If you shop well you can walk out with all the top designer brands. First buy a few important pieces at a more fashionable store then add onto your collection from the thrift stores. The Salvation Army even has 1/2 off day. No one needs to know you shop at thrift stores and you still have the designer labels.

I love Charlotte Russe, Aeropostale, American Eagle and Hollister. I like shopping too much to just have 1 favorite store.
