Point being, the majority of what we know is nothing more than information that has been handed down to us. Whether it be tv, books, movies, we as a society rely much to heavily on spoon fed education. Some people would want to get violent if you tried to point out that maybe their white sweater was actually the color purple. Think about it !!

Maybe everything is actually nothing at all and we dont even exist and all facts are just figments of our imagination that are commonly considered truths because the majority of beings hold it to be true. I'm not even wearing a shirt.... or am I?

Hmmm...ok. But as humans we are creatures of habit, so I am simply accepting that my shirt is actually blue and I don't really question whether or not it might really be something else. Point being...I guess I just go with the flow so I don't have to deal with those 'violent' people you mentioned...take care.

When I was in Alcoholics Anonymous, I questioned everything, which didn't go over very well with the Big Book thumpers. One self-righteous stepper guru exasperatingly insisted that "If I said the sky was blue, you would argue that it wasn't!"

Well, in fact, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and sometimes the sky is white or gray, depending on fog cover. That didn't go over too well with her, either, as she thought I was "too smart for AA."

Turns out she was right! ;)

I know it because it is what I believ, what I have been taught to believe and will teach my children to believe. It is what society has taught us, and really stems from another question, who made up the names of these colors, and why?
