Well all I'm going to suggest is the Razor phone. I have it and I love it. But company wise right now Cingular has it for $80. Verizon has it for $60. And I believe T-mobile has a special plan in that wouldn't cost the phone a lot. The phone itself has a lot of features but if you like flip phones like me. You'll enjoy it. Hope I was helpful. i bought mine for $50 and 50 mail in rebate.
i never had a problem with it since i bought it in december. it's awesome. =)
