The world ends. Then the creatures who live in the ground eat our flesh, it's natural law.
If you choose cremation, then you become plant fertilizer.
I think that's cool.
From the dust you came, to the dust you return.

When I was 9 years old, I was drowning at the bottom of a swimming pool. It was a very large pool at a country club in Coral Gables, Fla. I was at the 14 foot depth. A very peaceful feeling came over me. It was too beautiful to put into words. I did not want to be saved. As I was drowning, I floated above the pool and I could see my family sitting at a table under an umbrella nearby. It was nothing like the "white light" kind of stuff, just very peaceful. After what seemed like an eternity to me, I saw my older brother jump in and push me out. There were people all around me and a lifeguard revived me. I have never forgotten that feeling, and I am not scared of death. The way I see it, Billions and Billions of human beings have died in the history of this planet. I think we have evolved to where our minds take care of us - as we die. It can't be all that bad, so many others have gone before us. Besides, we don't have a choice in the matter, so...might as well accept it!

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 23, Number 422:
Narrated by Anas:
The Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H )said, "When a human being is laid in his grave and his companions return and he even hears their foot steps, two angels come to him and make him sit and ask him: What did you use to say about this man, Muhammad? He will say: I testify that he is Allah's slave and His Apostle. Then it will be said to him, 'Look at your place in the Hell-Fire. Allah has given you a place in Paradise instead of it.' " The Prophet added, "The dead person will see both his places. But a non-believer or a hypocrite will say to the angels, 'I do not know, but I used to say what the people used to say! It will be said to him, 'Neither did you know nor did you take the guidance (by reciting the Quran).' Then he will be hit with an iron hammer between his two ears, and he will cry and that cry will be heard by whatever approaches him except human beings and jinns."

I won't go into details, but I can speak with some authority on dying, because I've been there done that – so to speak. No one really dies, but your consciousness shifts it's attention to other space-times or beyond space-time for that matter. We are all like spiritual otters of the universe – we can pretend our life/death experiences in the most gruesome detail, but that's all it is pretend. The real you is consciousness. Pure potentiality as Deepak Chopra likes to call it. Let me para phrase a bit from A Course in Miracles “Nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God” There is no death.

We either get buried in dirt or burned to ashes, if we're lucky to be found dead. If we sink to the bottom of the ocean, be would compress flat from the pressure at the bottom of the sea. Then little underwater creatures would nibble away at us until we were just bone pieces. Or, if we got blown up then we'd just be pieces scattered all over...
There's so many things that can happen after we've jetted from this worldly plain...

I expect to stop thinking when brain death occurs and, from my perspective, the millions of years after I die should be much the same as the millions of years before I was born.

A great deal depends on the life you led. If you were good, you go to super-heaven. If you were a jerk, you to raider games at the Oakland Coliseum forever, in costume. Seriously, energy cannot be created or destroyed. Your human existence is over, you start something else.

That's the million dollar question, I am leaning toward reincarnation, I see that as a reason for death so a new life can begin. Imagine if there was no death this planet couldn't sustain all the life that is created.

I feel very comforted by Sylvia Brown's spirit guide Francine's explanation of death.....She says in the book Adventures of a psychic that we go back home (to another dimension) and then we can come back any time we want to if we decide to do so, or if not, we just stay in bliss....Read it, it's interesting......

Well, most people think we go to heaven...however, only the 144,000 chosen by Jehovah do. The rest of us, sadly, remain underground. But if we all serve Jehovah, we can all look forward to a paradise earth. To learn more go to www.watchtower.org! :)
