why cant i download anything in my computer?
it always say "download blocked"
oh and i cant watch any videos too like if i want to watch something in youtube.com...how can i view it?
help me!

Without know what's been done to your PC, its hard to say. It could be that your drive has been marked as read only or some restrictions may have been put in place for your content.

Maybe you firewall is set to block all incoming connections. Or it's set on High security level, try lowering it to a Medium setting.
If your firewall is password protected, you should ask the person who installed it.

the first thing that pops into my mind is a firewall. Even if you do not have a firewall software keep in mind that windows XP does have a firewall. Check your secerity settings on your web browser too.

it's probably a firewall thing; go into your security settings and mess with them until it works.
