Addendum: The bias in the original statement is "mayors and their wives," because it assumes all of the mayors are men.

Its been a while for me, but I think that's correct.

I don't understand what you need? If you want the quote to be biased, " Today, the mayor toured the city zoo, where he practiced target shooting, a favorite past time for this gun advocate."
