I'm sorry to say it, young lady, but that's not a man. That's a little boy. If he's not ready for the responsibilities of sex, then he's not ready for sex. They come in pairs. (no pun intended) It is a particularly low-type of critter that would abandon its own.

He was just a sperm donor, and he doesnt have to abandon, you can get child support, and he has to pay, whether he likes it or not, as it is in the child's best interests.
