Without a doubt Sammy did. I hate to say it but the mid 90's and on was tainted with steroid users. Before the mid 90's there were only 15 or so season's where player's hit 50 or more season's. Then out of no where the MLB baseball scene is flooded with 50 homeruns seasons. Then 60 homerun season become commonplace then within 3 years 70 homerun seasons? Then people say there is advanced technology for increased muscle mass and body building that wasnt available in the past. In the past people's body chemistry worked exactly the same as it does today. It' isnt physically possible to put on 20-30 lbs of muscle in offseason. If people open up their eyes thy will see it too. Take it from a past user and baseball player. It doesnt help you hit the ball. However if you are already gifted and then juice on top of it, you become Sosa, Mcgwire Bonds Etc. You become a beast! Stay tuned It will all come out in about 20 year's when the lyle alzado's of baseball start to show up. It is an unfortunate thing that many fall into including myself. Keep the game natural.
P.S. For the guy who said they dont have steroids in the Dominican where Sosa is from, why do you think he weighed 185 lbs when he first broke in then went up to 225? He didnt do it in the Dominican.

3 consecutive seasons with 60+ hrs

Why else would he not be playing right now. But oh wait, he's coming back next year. Better question is, Who is going to pick him up?
