it should because A/C units are hooked up by ataching a special piece of ducting that has a cooling coil in it. our furnace blows out its air from a duct on the top of the unit. the a/c guys just removed the piece of duct from the top of the furnace and put the cooling coil right there. a simple conection is required to turn on the furnace fan when the condencer turns on. not only that, but we had a humidifier installed at the same time. it is atached to the air return and a smaller duct is atached to the outgoing air so that air is pushed through the humidifier. then, they just put a little water valve on one of our pipes to supply the humidifier. the whole thing takes care of itself and keeps the air from drying out in the winter. the a/c unit colects a lot of water from the air in the summer so a drain line will be needed. we didnt have any where for it to drain to so the water colects in a pump. when the colection thing fills up, the pump turns on and pumps it up to the ceiling joices and over to a drain.
they are all made to be universaly installed so they should be compadable.

You mean Lennox, right? If so the answer should be yes, for a typical residential system. Call a knowledgeable local HVAC company to be sure.
The outdoor condensing unit and indoor evaporator coil need to be matched (for size and refrigerant).
The airflow of the furnace must be compatible with the cooling capacity of the a/c.
The rest is just wiring and sheet metal...

Yes all you have to do is check the coil size (measurements) to see if it will fit in you exsisting plenium, you might need a new one made if not. Many differnt manufactuers can mis match units. Hope it helped!
