Most of the Superman costume can be hidden under the shirt and pants, but where does Clark keep the cape and boots?

I hate to tell you this, but the question has already been asked. But to be fair, I'll repeat my answer.
The cape is super-folded (for want of a better term) to a size no bigger than the average thumb nail and tucked into Clark Kent's wallet when not in use.
The boots and belt are hidden somewhere nearby where only Superman can get to them.
The rest of the costume is worn under the Clark Kent outfit whenever possible and all of Clark Kent's clothing are treated with a special chemical to withstand the super-friction of changing clothes at super-speed to prevent unusual wear and tear.

It is just one of the weird things about the Superman world. Other oddities include: Why does no one recognize Clark Kent as Superman, when he only has those dopey glasses to hide behind? or Why would Superman change in the elevators when there are cameras in there to catch him in the act? It is just something that has to be accepted without an explanation. If little things such as the cape and boots are concentrated upon then the whole of the Superman legend cannot be appreciated.

Good question. According to one theory, Superman's costume comes from the blankets his biological parents wrapped him in when they sent him from Krypton to Earth as a baby. If this is so, and the costume has Kryptonian origins, then perhaps it has special powers, like being able to be invisible or created from thin air when Superman needs to change into it. That way, he wouldn't need to "hide" it underneath Clark Kent's clothing.

But that's just a theory--and of course, it doesn't explain why he would need to go into a phone booth to change into it. :-)

One of superman's most unexplored powers is his superanus. He has the power to change the size of his anus at will. What he does during his quick change is, (after his pants are off of course) open up his anus and drop out his boots and cape. Then his anus goes back to normal size. You may be wondering "What about the poop?" Well his freezing wind doesnt just come out of his mouth.

If he can crush down the cape to super-small size, then why wear the costume under your outfit at all?

According to the comic books he crushes down his costume using his super strength into a very small "package" that he can carry in his pocket.

in a briefcase that he has in the storage room of the daily planet. It was in the movie. When he first gets back he's carrying a suitcase, that's where he hides them. I believe anyway.
