Since he's in your class, perhaps you could ask him a question about something related to the subject. "Was last night's homework pg. 54 or 55?" "How did you do on your test?" etc. If you are female, don't worry about being noticed, he's already noticed you.
Just remember to always be well-groomed. Be clean and look clean--nice outfit (in good repair, too), clean, shiny hair with a nice smell (not too much product), neat manicure and pedicure (no ashy heels, knees, or elbows!), groomed eyebrows. When you look your best, you feel your best. When you feel your best, your confidence soars. Good luck!

I am sure we have all heard of the attractiveness scale (i.e. 1-10). If you and this guy are near the same attractiveness level, then he probably has already noticed you. Talk to one of his friends and have him work for you. You won't have to do any work, chances are he will go out with you if he finds you that you like him. I'm a guy, and guys needless to say are rather shallow and will give almost any girl a chance if she is of equal or higher attractiveness level.

If you're feeling a little bold look at him and hold the glance for just a little too long so he knows you are looking at HIM. Then smile and look away.
Since he's in your class you have an easy in. Just ask him a question about the homework or classwork.

Just talk to him.Guys are easy.Never be scared to talk to one.He will talk back if you look good or if you compliment him in any way.No guy is worth getting all mumbled over.

just talk to him! don't be shy. it's so easy. once yall are friends yall will be flirtin' in no time. if he doesn't notice you or get the hint, he's not worth it.
