Yes its Fiction.. is the church lieing?... um.. most likely. Hiding things.. Most likely also. The bible is a book written by a bunch of men a whole long time ago. Written in their words about what happened. Not in " gods or jesus's " words. People have used those words to manipulate things for their own well being and towards their own agenda for ages. So yes, I think that all religions have used the bible to in effect lie about things. The movie is interesting though and another take on how things could have been. As for knowing, I dont think anybody will ever really know unless they have been there, back in the past when the exact events happened and were written about. All else is conjecture.

I thought "The Da Vinci Code" was an exciting novel. I know it is fiction and so no, I don't believe everything about it. What I do believe however, is that there is much more than meets the eye to everything, and the "Da Vinci Code" allows us to have a peek behind the "veil" of everything we have been told and everything we think we know...the truth is out there;)

I believe in the possibility that some sort of organization like that could of or does exist. I liked the thoughts that the author put in my head about Divinci and the catholic church.

I'm reading the book right now. From what I know, there's got to me more than just blindly believing in a book that was supposedly written by Jesus' deciples...

the author must prove all of that ,but i think it's all fictional, designed to place doubts in our minds...
