Honestly when people tel you like 90-100 pounds, they are dead wrong.
Most are idiots and go by the thinnest you can be. Unless you wanna be bone thin an look like an retarded skeleton you should be around 110-120 and actually be healthy and skinny.

It depends on your body structure.(large bone,small bone)Do you eat right?Are you active?.At age 13 your weight will change along with your body.
As long as your not grossly overweight (in which case see a doctor),healthy, eating right and active you shouldn't have any problem.So enjoy life,don't worry so much about your weight.
