I would buy a huge amount of land and put large aluminum buildings and take in stray animals and the homeless and let the homeless care for the animals and find them homes and at the same time they woule be doing something constructive and animals and people would live there and thrive. It would help so many hearts. I would give many millions to St. Jude's. Too many children are dying of CAncer. ALot of money to help many

buy a house (not a massive mansion, but a fair sized family home) then set aside some money in the bank to pay my day to day expenses, (I wouldn't need a lot) then I'd invest some so I'll have an income, I might invest in some creative businesses
what ever is left over would give to my friends and to charities

Buy a plot of land, build myself a nice post-modern house with matching furnishings, buy myself my top 10 favorite cars, remodel my parents' house, and stick the rest into a massive fund of some sort and live off the interest. Then I'd go off and travel.

Really though, set up a fund using 10% of the money to generate on going income to help single mothers. Pay off all debts, buy a 5 acre property with house, get my gf here, Set aside some for play money, and invest the rest for residual income.
