Go to Walmart. Sit in the parking lot. Look at all the people walking by, and make up some kind of jingle, or try to guess what they are thinking. It can get hilarious if you do this with 2 or more people. Everyone goes to Walmart from high class all the way down to the slimy trash, so you can make fun of everyone!

You know, I hate it when you need to get a parking lot, and people stop right in front of you and sit there because they are waiting on someone to pack up all 100 bags of stuff they have, just so they can get a parking spot that they think is close. I can park and get into Walmart before they even move!! This is what I did once, just because I was in a pissy mood! I don't normally do this!!
I parked in my spot, and put the car in reverse. I sat there to see how long someone would actually wait for the parking spot. They waited twelve minutes!!!!!! I was seven spots from the front door!!! LOL!!

Lot's of good stuff there except for the drinking thing...alcohol tend to amplify however you are feeling before you start drinking so therefor....drinking when depressed = being more depressed perhaps to the point of becoming suicidal especially if you had thoughts like that to begin with. If you are having those thoughts I'd start talking to someone about it immediately. A friend, counselor, clergy member, a hotline, family member....anyone you feel that you can talk to without reservation that wouldn't pass judgement on you.

Ok, so you just have a case of the blahs.....get a hobby and make friends that have similar interests.

Get a dog. Dogs are awesome for validation and unconditional love.

Excercise. Running and working out releases endorphines which make you feel better. A "natural high".

If none of the above work for you then you may again want to talk to a counselor of some sort. Clinical depression is a physical illness which can be caused by chemical imbalances.

I'm not a doctor or counselor or anything, but none of the above (except for the drinking (or drug use)) certainly can't hurt...unless you happen to get a mean dog.....those teeth can hurt.....

Hi there!
Forget the booze and the masterbation. This will only make you more depressed over time. Think of something that makes you happen. Then try to do that hobby, or activity but only when you can and don't force yourself. Also talking to a good friend can help just someone who can lend you an ear. If you are a Christian the guy who said read the Bible can help as well.

Put on music and dance or exercise.

If you have any really funny movies on DVD or tape, put one in. The laughter should help draw you out of it.

Tomorrow go out to a mall or any place, that has a lot of people.

Strike up conversations with any body.

It's good medicine!

Cheer up. We all love you!

Try to cheer someone else up. Stop thinking about yourself and try to do something for someone that needs some help.

Help other people. Drinking is not the answer, eventually it'll only add to your problems. But when you help people that are down and out more then you are, you'll realize how lucky you are and it will give you a sense of purpose. Oh and don't forget to laugh.

Get dressed up and get your make up done really pretty and get some professional photos taken. It will make you feel so good and boost your self esteem. It's just a fun thing to do that is different.
