I have to say Kane only because he is younger and he's much thinner compared to the Undertaker. But I'd still pick Undertaker over Kane anyday in a match.

undertaker...mind games don't work on him. kane gets distracted by a guy dressed like him and "may 19, may 19, it's happening again!" and, didn't taker beat kane twice at 'mania? ya, taker's waaaaay stronger...and better
