I've heard rumors that it might come out after the 3rd installment of the Naruto movie this August. It might be between August and September.

It's unknown at the moment. Part two or the post time-skip will not be airing until the fillers end which may be months from now.

I don't know when it will be released but I think its August in Japan because I heard rumors about it.
