My computer has literally hundreds of images saved of random things I looked at on the internet. I cleaned out the cache, but they are still there. Does anyone know how to delete these, or at least what this problem is called so I can search for an answer. I wouldn't even know how to look for help. (Except here!!!)

How might all these hundreds of pictures that you claim not to have saved ended up on your computer??? Hmmmmmmm?!

If they are all in one folder than you might be able to highlight them all and delete them or just delete the folder, but if they are in random places then maybe try some cleanup software.

click start - search-pictures,music,video-then click the start button.
all possible photos and pictures will be displayed.
click edit on the top left hand corner and select all
then simply right click your mouse and select the delete button.
they will all go to the recycle bin.
IF YOU HOLD THE SHIFT KEY ON THE KEYBOARD WHEN YOU PRESS DELETE THE PHOTOS WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
