I answered this one already. Comedy Central will be gaining the original series from Cartoon Network/Adult Swim when CN/AS' current contract expires.
Meanwhile, Comedy Central has also signed a deal with Fox for 13 new episodes of the series with the original voice cast reunited for the new ones!
Look for all of it to start sometime in 2007.

When Katey Sagal visited The Late Late Show the other day, she told Craig that the show is coming back to Comedy Central in 2008 for at least 13 episodes (I was watching that appearance, too. Must have slept through that part). Don Kaplan of the New York Post confirmed this; his sources told him that all the primary voice actors signed new deals this week. Also according to the article, FOX may have the option to air the new episodes, but probably won't. The new episodes will also come out on DVD after they air.

Comedy Central bought the rights to the show and plans to film new episodes but they won't be on air until sometime in 2008 when the Cartoon Network's rights to the show expire. Guess it's reruns for a bit longer...
