Like this: I Love You!
Or you can take interest in the stuff that she does and since sisters love to share stuff, the least that she'd appreciate is a listening ear.
Especially those working sisters or sisters who are busy or having problems outside. At the end of the day, they just want to share and not seek a solution to their problems.
Just a thought...

Just tell her: "I love you." She will probably say I love you right back to you. Then you can hug each other. You can't say it enough because if there is an accident and she were to die in it, you would feel guilty that you never said that you loved her, so just keep on saying it all you can. It is only hardest the first time. You can also show her that you love her by doing things with her and going places and enjoying each other's company.

How would you like to be told that someone loves you? Your sister is no different. People know when you love them, but it's nice to be told too. Give her hug and tell her you love her!

"love" in what way? As a sister? simply say I love you as most siblings do. If you mean in any other way than that then you absolutely don't approach her in that manner.

love isn't expressed in big thngs (gifts) or really fancy literature (although they do help), but rather in the small things you do for them lending a helping hand or making small sacrafices (like if you want to go see and action movie and she wants to see a chick flick)

it's very difficult to say,i love you to people closest to you! do what i do,slip a CARD under her pillow at night, saying"sis,i don't think i can tell it to your face, but i really love you and need you and you can always count on me!" WRITING it is MUCH EASIER than saying.then take her out for a girlie movie or something.

p.s. i HOPE you mean brotherly love???????
