Milk, Cheese, and other dairy products are very bad for acne. You should try to eat good fruit and veggies, they really help. Also, try to use a scrub and wash your face every day w/it. That's what I do and I am keeping it under control - although I do get a zit here and there occasionally! Hope this helps and have a GREAT day!!

I have had problems with adult acne for years. I have been using Loreal Adult Acne Skin Peel for about a month and it is the best product I have ever used. Not only has it totally cleared up my face but it is also taking away the acne scars that I had.

HERE IS THE ANSWER!
Go to www.acne.org a site made by a guy who has struggled with acne all his life....and conquered it. It is and awesome regimen that IS NOT EXPENSIVE...AND CAN BE BOUGHT AT STORES! It's nothing like Proactive...which doesn't work on most skins. This scientifically will beat acne...and is not too expensive. Do everything as told...and I promise by 8 weeks you will be clear...

the best thing to do for acne is to seek out a professional. There are many types of acne and only a dermatologist can determine what kind you have and how to best treat it. This is your face we are talking about, you only get one. The best place to start...the American Dermatology Association.

Well going by my personal experience Noxzema is definitely the best thing out there, I use to use Neutrogena and then it just stopped working so I tried everything out there and Noxzema was the best thing for me. I hope you find something that works and good luck.

for overall skin maintaning overdose on water. I never drink anything else and my skin is flawless. But god-forbid something does 'pop up' crush aspirin, mix it with water, until its a paste and leave it on your face overnite. And whalah! it'll be shrunken down by morning.

I tried Proactive and it didn't work for me, plus it is expensive but this really cheap product (Cetaphil Daily Face Wash) actually made HUGE improvements!!! I was amazed..
