If you mean how to you make it hiss...just plug it in, turn it on, and turn it way up. If you mean how do you remove the hiss, that's a different story.

A little bit of hiss isn't unusual, especially in a cheaper amp, and especially if you've got effect pedals or overdrive/distortion turned on.

If you have really bad hiss even with nothing plugged in and the volume low, you might want to have someone take a look at the wiring of it.

You mean on purpose???

An Amp hiss is usally because you have the amp plugged directly into an AC outlet. You need to use a suppressor because of the magnetic field thats generated inside your house by all the wiring around you.

hiss usually results from a bad ground, or a bad connection in your cord. If its feedback you mean, just crank up the amp, and stand in front of it when you play, feedback results when sound from the amp is going back into the pickups on your guitar.

could be caused by a lot of different things, weak tubes (if it's a tube amp), bad cords, running a lot of effects, use of single coil pickups (especially P90's). if everything is working well and you still don't know what the problem is, you may want to check out a pedal called the Decimator, which suppresses a lot of unwanted noise/hiss.

What you are hearing is the 60 cycle hum of the electricity.
Fender Telecasters and Stratocasters with single coil pick-ups are known to hum the most. Guitars with humbucker pick-ups are not as bad, but I still love the sounds of a Strat.
