There should be an asterisk by his name with the notation "record set while on steroids, not real." The guy's a druggie and a bad example for kids and a disgrace to the game of baseball. All the old-time greats have to be turning over in their graves everytime his name is mentioned in the same breath as theirs.

this question is demanding for me, because of the fact i appreciate Hank Aaron very much. he's an excellent guy packed with type and dignity. even nonetheless, i'm additionally a extensive Barry Bonds fan (been on board considering 1986, while he became pittsburgh's commencing centerfielder). That being suggested, I also have a demanding time classifying Bonds because of the fact the wonderful ever, steroids or not (this is going to likely be suggested that Dusty Baker became an marvelous hitting coach formerly he grew to grow to be the Giants' supervisor in 1993. Couple that with Boonds arriving in San Francisco, and it is user-friendly to confirm the dramatic progression in his hitting stats. Couple that with the expertise that had consistently been there, and additionally you notice what you get). Bonds is by ability of far the wonderful participant of his era, little doubt. Aaron is the classiest ballplayer of all time, little doubt. while i think of of the wonderful participant of all time, Willie Mays is composed of concepts. a real 5-gadget risk who performed the sport on yet another point, exceptionally considering there have been loads of super gamers in his era (Mickey Mantle, Roberto Clemente, Frank Robinson, Ted Williams, Al Kaline, etc.). human beings will attempt to place babe Ruth on the pedastal, yet...Ruth merely could not field his place the way Mays did, nor did he have the linked fee. even nonetheless, Ruth became an marvelous pitcher (and can have made the hall of recognition consistent with that on my own). as a thank you to respond to your question, this is neither Bonds or Aaron. this is Willie Mays.

Are you kidding me?? Barry Bonds deserves no recognition whatsoever!! He's a cheater who's an embarassment to the game! Look how much he sucks now that he's been forced to stop shooting up. He'll never pass Aaron anyway.

NO, NO, NO, a thousand times NO!!! He used steroids, giving himself an unfair advantage. He cheated, plain and simple.
The point may be moot anyway. With his knees, age and the fact he can't use steroids anymore, he'll never get to 740, let alone 755 or 756.
THINK BLUE!!!!!

I think he should. A far as I know, he has not used any drugs banned by MLB. And even if he did, you still have to have some skill to even hit the ball. No drug can help you actually hit the ball.

No he should not. All the pitchers need to do what springer did. He threw at him. Bonds need to be either hit or walked every atbat
