NO, NO, NO, a thousand times NO!!! He used steroids, giving himself an unfair advantage. He cheated, plain and simple.

I think he should. A far as I know, he has not used any drugs banned by MLB. And even if he did, you still have to have some skill to even hit the ball. No drug can help you actually hit the ball.
