I have also added my details from classes and other experiences, and still when I apply they still want a years current experience

how is a person supposed to gain any experience when they will not hire you.Employment = Experience
no employment = no experience
employers want you to go to school then when you do they will not hire you because you have no experience

It all depends on the company. If I'm replacing someone who had 10 years experience and I've got a large practice, I might not want some fresh out of school who's never worked in the field.

Without knowing your work and educational background, it's possible you're not putting your "experience" on the resume. For example, if you did an internship for school, that's work experience!

Unpaid or volunteer, work is work, and so it might just be that you're not listing experience you really have. And if you've drawn blood in class, you can count that as practical experience because you've done it.

I might have simply learned about it from a teacher, but if you did labs, that's hands-on experience and should be pointed out to potential employers.

boy this is a bad situation you can't get the experience if nobody will give you a chance. Hey tell them to give you a chance to prove you can do it then show em. good luck
