Sounds like you mean you want to reinstall windows. You should put the windows xp disc in follow the instructions to reinstall. Pick the option for new installation and format the hard drive.

you need to reformat your computer by reinstalling all your disks after you've saved the things onto a disk from your computer such as pictures

you have to reformat
get your xp cd and insert it and reinstall
if you dont have it
order or download some version of linux and use that as your operating system
