I would guess that Henry is the stronger of the two - yes both men can pick up everyone in the WWE - but Henry is a trained weightlifter, although Undertaker uses weight training.
Not talking about who is more effective wrestler, but on pure strength it probably is Henry (yes, if you ever check out the World Strongest Man competitions, they do look like Henry).
Now - there is a chance that the Big Show might be the strongest - if he ever trained (HA HA - sorry!)
BTW - people who knew Andre the Giant said that if he had ever bothered to train, he probably could have set the world record for deadlift - he was legitimately that strong

Mark Henry may be strong, but he is NOT the World's Strongest Man ... or has anyone actually watched the recent championships? Actually, outside of the one that the WWE mentioned a long time ago, he has failed to reach the finals in almost all of the ones he ever participated in. He even placed 10th in the Olympics in Power lifting ... definitely not the world's strongest if he can't grab a gold medal (KURT ANGLE!).

Undertaker and Mark Henry have picked up just about everyone on the WWE roster; the difference is in how some of these guys were lifted. Henry, for the most part, slams them ... which when relating to other lifting holds, is quite easy. Undertaker has actually chokeslammed and powerbombed The Big Show. Others chokeslammed include Kevin Nash (Diesel), Kane, Hulk Hogan, and Yokozuna.

Other wrestlers, past and present, who could easily outpower Mark Henry include Ahmed Johnson, Ken Patera, Brock Lesnar, and Batista. I wouldn't be surprised if Bobby Lashley could outmuscle Henry either.

Well, muscle wise, i think the Undertaker. But you can be strong with alot of fat too. Because if you have alot of fat you can be a strong base to hold whatever you are holding. The only reason Mark Henry is the "worlds strongest man" is because he dead-lifted 913 lbs. like in 2001.

Duh! of course the undertaker is way stronger than mark Henry. Mark shouldn't be the world strongest man he should be THE WORLD FATTEST MAN!!!! seriously. Take a closer look at his body, no muscles at all nothing.. only alot of fat everywhere But when you take a look at somebody like Batista or the undertaker or bobby Lesley ( and alot other wrestlers too)you will see all the muscles. They really look strong. The only reason why he wins (sometimes) because he is so huge and can easily beat the other person but definitely not because he is strong. mark ....>sucks!!

(p.s.) did you see what Batista did to him today.. man it was so amazing!!

He ought to have received an Arnold classic strong guy competition in 2002, yet he all started wrestling in 1996. The call easily got here from his Olympic hopes, the position he became an American representative in Barcelona in 1992 contained in the tremendous Heavyweight branch. He ended up ending 10th so he fairly wasn't the international's maximum efficient guy. The call is a fixture in wrestling, with Dino Bravo, Ted Arcidi, and bill Kazmaier (who received 3 international's maximum efficient guy competitions) all being billed with that call besides. It by no potential equates into ring achievement although, they frequently are not educated for wrestling that properly, and they specially get over doing feats of skill contained in the hoop. Mark Henry did not win a gold medal in Atlanta in weight lifting he harm his decrease back and complete 14th. He by no potential did medal in Olympic competition. And by employing 2000 wrestling paid larger than weight lifting so he by no potential tried to hitch the Olympic crew back

Eh, I dunno. Taker is my fav. Wrestler, but if you watch the Worlds Strongman Competitions, most of them are shaped more like Henry (used to be, when he was a little smaller), than like Taker or Batista.
