You need to call Arizona's social services and see if they have a program that cuts your phone bill in half and such. I know Texas has that. Good Luck!

i live in arizona srp does charge alot. if u have a low income u apply for there assistance program they should reduce the cost. i just try not to use my ac as much and dont turn my lights on when i dont need to. it reduces the power the a/c is the one that eats the more power.

Contact your utilities company and see if they have an application to fill out. If they do, you may qualify for lower rates based on your income, etc.
