Excuse me? Old? Give me a break! He is younger than I am and I certainly don't consider myself to be old. You think what you call "old" can't be hot? You are sadly mistaken.
Depp is a very versatile actor and, from what I've heard, one of the nicest celebrities you can ever meet. He is known to never be rude or to refuse to give an autograph. Lots of these current celebrites could learn so much from this unassuming man. Not only is he considered to be handsome, he is considered to be a truly nice guy totally unaffected by fame or Hollywood.

Firstly, he's extremely talented, extremely brilliant, and extremely creative. He is a highly versatile actor and a well-known chameleon, able to act out everything that is thrown to him. He is one of the best actors around and probably even the best of them all. Hardly anybody can match up to him in terms of acting skills. He is in a league all by himself. Secondly, he is charming, handsome and although he is very popular (he has the most people searching up on him in IMDb for two consecutive years) and is named the most bankable actor (he is able to earn a lot for the Hollywood and the ticket sellers), he does not have the 'big celebrity attitude' that most actors have, he still do things his way and refused to become the blockbuster man (He had turned down many roles that would have shot him to fame as a conventional leading man like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt). You may think, if he is not a blockbuster man, why is he filming Pirates of the Caribbean(POTC)? Well, the first POTC isn't meant to become a blockbuster (many thought that it would failed). Because of Johnny Depp's fantastic performance as Captain Jack Sparrow, the movie became a blockbuster. And just a note, Johnny was almost fired by Disney for portraying Jack Sparrow in a way that they had never imagine how it would be. He did it his way. He filmed POTC because he loved the character of Jack Sparrow too much and would love to play it again. Johnny Depp is such a perfect (all at least, almost perfect for some of you) person, and such a dedicated actor with loads of integrity, how can I not like and respect him?

Johnny Depp has been around since the 80's when he was on 21 Jumpstreet. He is known for taking odd and different roles, like Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, etc. He is a great actor, not bad to look at, and has been in the acting circuit for a while. I think he's pretty good, but that's just me.

Well Johnny Depp is one of the most talented actors in Hollywood today...Yes everyone I know doesn't like Johnny Depp but admits that he is really hot in his Pirate costume...I think its the eyeliner that gets me...Well his high cheek bones and his smoky eyes make him hot..he's part native american so that puts on edge on him...makes him look different..yes he's old enough to be my daddy..but I think he's the hottest man alive..

Johnny Depp is a fantastic actor and, yes, he is totally hot. The pirate costume is very sexy. And "old" is relative. If you are 15, then he is old. If you are 30, he's not old. And anyway, lots of "old" men are sexy.

I adored Johnny Depp the minute I saw him.
In Crybaby, in 21 Jump Street, in Sleepy Hollow...
There's something about him that makes me want to smear chocolate over his body and do filthy things to him.
Besides, he's in his fourties, he's not old at all. However, he could be 600, and I'd still adore him all the same.

I love him, the pirate suit is very sexy. I love him as jack sparrow. But that's not the only reason. he can play the very odd roles w/ no problem. Which is really cool.
