Harding is generally considered the worst. Very corrupt administration, sex scandels in the White House, poor performance for the economy, etc.

George Bush

I used to think Nixon was the worst president in U.S. history.

But at least he did some things right. For instance, he signed the Clean Air Act into law & the EPA was founded the same year, IIRC.

What has Bush done for our environment? He's drilled loopholes into the Clean Air Act so big you could drive an 18-wheeler full of toxins right through 'em!

Every country has its own president but as far as i know, not only a dictator/communist president did worst but also those who came from a democratic country whose mind is an autoritarian itself. Those whose mind is being invaded by Saitan who think his nation, race, and country is superior than any other races or nations!

Here in our country, Philippines, there is President Ferdinand Marcos where he drag the country going to the list of most tyranious one. And then Ejercito Estrada where he bring our country into a cronyism and turn every greenfield of Bangsamoro Homeland into battegrounds, he turn the rain into killer bullets and so on. And then we have our current president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) where she did everything possible to stay in power. She is widely believed as cheater, corrupt, human rights violator, (accuse for ordering the killing of militants in Luzon and Visayas region), and so on.

So every president turning back to his oath, betray the trust of his people, involve in many scandals, cheat, steal, kill the rights of his people, invade the media, weaken the family, weaken the economy, and many more, shall be a worst one. It's up to you who is the worst president in your country was. :)

James Buchanan is deffinately in the top list. But, People hated John Tyler so much that he had to arm the White House staff just in case one of the daily mobs in front of the White House decided to attack. He is quoted on his death bed something like only his wife and kids actually liked him. If they had Presidental polls back then he would have been in single digits during his entire term
