I have not seen one of those scratchy toned alerts/tests in ages. Did they stop doing those? (This includes Amber Alert)

Oh, its out there!
Just the other night, it was real late and I was listening to the radio and the song just went off and that stupid alert came on and at first I was scared because they didnt say it was a test until it was completely over! LOL
I was a little worried

they come on the radio every so often. i hear the amber alert especially a lot unfortunately

We see and hear them regularly here in Western New York. the tone has changed and it doesn't take as long.

No, we have them all the time here when something is screwy with the weather.
