It was like Stephen Colbert said about someone needing to burn a flag to remind us how horrible it is.
PS: you prolly shouldn't run them over because they were exercising their free speech, and if you ran them over, that would be illegal because of assault. I agree with the sentiment, but flag burning has been called symoblic speech in supreme court hearings, so you wouldn't win that case.

Because the person burning the flag doesn't really respect the country that protects his right to disrespect so many Americans who died for that symbol. Because that person is only interested in protesting and not interested in being proactive. When I say proactive I mean producing something for this country's economy so that his family who pampered him can continue the great life that they were given.

Becuase it is a protest of the Flag Burning Amendment.

Even if your blood boils everytime you see Old Glory in flames, the Constitution protects that caliber of free speech.

Free Speech protects the speech we like and the speech we don't like.

Some folks love their attention, don't they? Here's a good true story- once this nut tried to shoot somebody downtown where I work, by the CourtHouse...the UPS guy reved it up and ran him over!!! Go Brown!
