I'd had a slight sinus infection this week, but today I hadn't took my antibiotics for it as I did the past 2 days. Last night, I'd hit my head on a car door. I've been feeling sick today, like right now, my vision is blurry, and I had a horrible headache, my teeth were aching, and I was naseous. I'm also abnormally tired. Is it possible I might have a concussion, or might these symptoms be from lack of treating my sinus infection? I'm a bit worried, as I've read concussions are something you can't ignore.

It may be a combination of both symptons.........Go to the ER NOW they will do what is called a Cat scan....to see if there is any bleeding in your brain or if you have a fractured skull....unfortuanley there isn't anything any one can do for a concussion.....you sould also restart your sinus medication and make sure you finish the whole course of treatment (usually 10-14 days of antibiotics)...some people feel better after a few days and stop their antibiotics....then it comes back even worse(becuase it never really was cured)
Good luck!

with the symptoms that you were saying sounds more like a neck injury then a concussion... if it were only a concussion the doctor would just tell you to take it easy and give you some uneccesary drugs that you could take from home... but it sounds more like a neck injury then anything and i would go to the er and get checked out... the neck injury is more severe then a concussion...

You need to go to the E.R. for possible concussive state. Sinuses can mimic these symptoms, but they will need to check you for any neurological deficits.

Very possible, I would go to the ER at once, better to be safe than sorry. Good Luck!

I think that either way you need to get to see a doctor ASAP. If that means going to the ER then you need to go NOW!
