my employer gave me the option to resign, i refused and left the office without giving an answer. I strongly felt that i was let go at that moment. now they say i abandoned my job. they say they fired me, then they say i quit to the appeal board. do you think i have a chance of winning?

if your unemployment is being denied by your employer you file a complaint with the state dept of your state. give them your facts they review both sides . then they determine that way. i had the same situation and i filed with the state. i won my unemplyment and received all back checks owed.

if you had a good relationship with your co-workers and you and they believe you were fired without good cause. you can ask them to write out their opinion on paper. they dont have to sign it just have them list themselves as employees of the company.
