You're doing it. Surfing on the Yahoo answer group site and researching other peoples questions/problems and answering them with honesty and knowledge (although somewhat limited knowledge at times).
It's fun and you get to communicate with people you wouldn't come in contact with normally.
OK I'm geeky and I admit it. So call up a friend and go to the mall already.

painting? drawing? writing music? dancing? singing? do things with wood , cardboard? manual things! exercise yourself? play games? chat with your family? rent a movie?
