It depends on where you live and what your choice of employers are.
Your best bet is to check job sites like dice.com (used by Yahoo), monster.com, and computerjobs.com. Type in your qualifications and see what types of jobs emploers are looking for with that certification.
You might be able to find a job on a help desk or setting up PCs if you have any large employers in the area.
It helps to have experience, certifications, and some regular job experience. You should be able to speak clearly and look professional - even if no one will see you. You should also look into and be knowledable on the use of help desk software. Again, job ads will give you an idea what packages to look for.
Much help desk work is subcontracted out to consulting companies like unisys, but don't overlook smaller firms that qualify under small business or minority owned rules.
The jobs are out there, but don't expect $50 and a company car. Most of these jobs pay less than $15/hr, but they can be a good source of experience and if you are good (and that means service-oriented), people will remember you and promote you into a better job.

"Computer job" is too generic of a term. Yes, you can get a job with those credentials. Is it correct assumption that you have no practical experience?
Without experience, you will likely be hired as a junior person in the IT organization or a tech at a retail outlet. You could also seek jobs at various software/hardware companies as a support person.
You really need to build up your experience before you can get a "decent" job.
You didn't ask this, but I'll offer.... In order to advance in computer industry, you really have to get out of Microsoft and PC centric world. Most businesses run on UNIX, LINUX, VMS (yes, still), and various obscure platforms not excluding mainframes. PCs are often used as a desktop machine to access those larger machines. Your knowledge and experience in this area will really differentiate you from rest of the population.
By the way, what do you mean by a "decent" job?

You are competing with a bunch of technological idiots who just graduated. Companies these days just care about the degree... Which is fine in MOST fields.. But a degree means absolutely nothing in Information Technology.

I strongly recommend that you learn Solaris. Systems Admins in Solaris rake it in, though not as much as the higher Cisco certifications.
