Baking Soda , Sodium hydrogen carbonate, Sodium bi-carbonate, Bi-carbonate of soda. NaHCO3 do not confuse with washing soda, Sodium carbonate, it quite is Na2CO3 . very corresponding to above, although the hydrogen is replaced by using yet another sodium atom.
