You can ask him if he'd do couples counseling with you but don't be surprised if he says no. Acting out in such a destructive manner is pretty much asking for trouble.
If not, at least get some counseling of your own so you can figure out why you did such stupid stuff and maybe you'll do better next time.

Wow, sounds like something I would have done years ago. Ask him if he will agree to go to marriage counseling together. If he says no immediately, why not you try to go first and once he sees you are willing to try and work it out, he may decide to go with you. I have been frustrated many times, mostly i ignored it, and other times i left for a few weeks.

Sweetie,
You need to seek counseling for your anger management issues. You need to work on you first and then see if he is still willing to work the situation out with you. Never have a tit for tat attitude in your marriage. Marriage is always about commitment and compromise. You need to sincerely apologize to him and also let him know that you recognize that you have some anger issues and are willing to work on change.

you two are not meet for each other it hard to say even if you love him but you need to be apart you could also talk about the thinks that you have done to each other talking is the best way to get through things even if you do not agree with what he says you need to agree so he thinks you are listening and he needs to take the time to listen to you too
