In business organizations, commitees are often formed to consider one or more aspect of the business or future business.

Commitees usually includes representitives from various organizations within the business. Each representitive evaluate the situation or a proposal from their own point of view.

If necessary, discussions are made to further evaluate each other's points.

Someone is usually appointed as a mediator of the commitee. This person directs and collects various points and opinions and formulate the final proposal for the senior management who will either accept, reject, or form yet another commitee to evaluate the result itself.
