dance! seriously, this works out so great! just put on you favorite kind of dance music(i prefer hip hop) and just dance away! you don't have to do it in front of anyone. just dance in a spacey area and dance until you either start to hurt or if that's the end of the CD. and to tone up, do palotes! it works! and be on a diet that contains eating things that aren't bread.

I took a class in college. Power walking. You will lose weight faster by drinking lots of water and daily walking. You still need to eat regularly too but water and walking is the safest and best way without all those nasty drugs and superficial diets on the markets today. LOTS of WATER and WALKING.
