The framing of this question opens the door for conclusions based on assumptions perceived as truths by the respondent. Nevertheless I will offer to you my non-professional opinion. My primary assumption here is that initial interaction between opposite sexes of differing races is probably initiated out of curiosity, a tendency if you will of deviating from previously learned childhood behavior. We have such curiosities throughout our lives but we do not always act on them. Perhaps the most common occurs with happily married people having sexual fantasies about other people... with both men and women.
Specific to your question, Those white men seeking personal interaction with a black women out of curiosity would certainly demonstrate clumsy social behavior. Those white men who seek company of a black women because of who they are as an individual, will exhibit the same social gracefullness as if they were with a white women.

White men who have a problem with black women are in all likelihood superficial shallow individuals and I would say most white men are not like that.

What problem? I don't have a problem.

I always thought it was black guys who had a problem with black women?

Maybe white guys don't consider black women for relationships because they think they won't measure up, if you know what I mean? Maybe that is the answer - because they feel inferior in the old penis department?

I wouldn't worry about it though - who needs men like that anyway?

Programming.
For the ones that do have this problem anyway.
Possibly from something that they were taught to believe as they were growing up either through family, comments, TV or just watching how people act toward each other. Kids pick up on this stuff and sometimes it is just something that will stick with them and then they act it out as adults.

Don't worry about it. There are plenty of free thinkers out there.

It may also be because of what someone is use to seeing growing up. A guy may be likely to go for someone that reminds him of his mother and vice versa.

I don't know but I see more black men dating white women than white men dating black women. Isn't that weird?

I don't...

There are lots of annoying black women but there are lots of annoying white women too. Is this really a problem?
