To do this, all one would need would be a function, or frequency generator, an amplifier, and a wound coil of wire to create a strong electromagnetic field. The hard part is knowing what the frequency is. Someone with more knowlege than myself in quantum physics and mathematics might be able to get a 'ball-park' figure on this.

It is my assumption that gravity is the sum of the addition of the micro-magnetic fields of all the sub-atomic particles that makes-up every atom of every thing within, or on, any given body or thing. That is to say that gravity is likened to taking a lot of bar magnets and lining them up so that they attract one another; ( N-S,N-S,N-S, etc.).

Isn't an airplane an "anti gravity" vehicle? Technically speaking

Well, i read something a while back about experiments with something called hydrodynamic waves or something, and having to tune their resonance with the resonant frequency of a similar region in space.
Other theory would be, if gravity is an artifact of the warping of matter on space time, what happens when curvature is negative? Anyone that knows what creates negative curvature, let me know. (anti-matter? i think this is a spin issue though, not how it relates to space-time curvature)

we can't really begin building antigravity devices (if they are even possible) until we have a good understanding of what gravity is. I'm working on that part...along with a few thousand other people. It's not exactly an easy proposition.

When physicists finally figure out just what gravity is, it should be easy.
