i think it will be germany too, they have a lot of young talent that has been great this world cup and should be even better next world cup

good question. So many countries have so many young talented playes coming through the ranks right now, those players will be world beaters by the time the next world cup comes around. Brazil will always be a threat, they are constantly producing the most amazing talent unfortunately this year it seemed like they were relying on ronaldinho too much. Italy is another team to watch. i am going to go out on a limb and say germany will win the next world cup! Podolski is only 21 right now, chritsian pander is just 21 right now, ballack will still be around when the next world cup is here he will be 33 but his experience will be invaluable to the new younger german players. Germany has always been a solid team and i can see them only getting better and better as the next few years go by.

Nigeria, Portugal or even the US. African soccer has come a long ways and Nigeria won the gold medal 1996 olympics. I think Portugal is too good of a team to be denied for very much longer. And the U.S. always improves in cycles...they did poorly in 1990 but decent in 1994, sucked in 1998 but made it to the 16 in 2002, sucked this year and so next World cup should be the one they at least crack the top 8

its hard to tell. a lot can happen in 4 years, but i can see ghana doing well (more exposure, very young, close to home field), possibly argentina, maybe portugal, there are a whole handful of teams but mainly i will be looking for ghana GO BLACK STARS
