No I do not. This country is now in the control of those with money while those without money struggle to get buy. I am honestly concerned about the direction that this country is headed....

I would feel safer under a rock than under Bush, heck under Iraq would be better too.
In re: "Yes, I do feel safe. Have you not heard of the terror plot that was disrupted by the FBI down in Florida?"
What a fallacious argument that is. If Bush didn't do all the damage he has done in the last five plus years, do you think all these foiled plots would have materialized in the first place? There is a direct correlation to Bush being prez and teror plots threatening us, and it's getting clearer every day. To buy in to the idea that he is making us safe by protecting us from terrorists he has incited is a very dangerous way of thinking.
I have this rock that keeps tigers away... ever since I've had it no tigers have attacked me. Familiar with that one?
I felt safe under Clinton. Being attacked by Monica Lewinskis would bother me much less than terrorists.

I feel that Bush is unfairly blamed for 9/11. Terrorists attacked the World Trade Center in February 1993, and had over 8 years to plan a new, larger attack. Who was in office? Bill Clinton. Now President Bush is cleaning up the mess. I do not want my phone tapped, it's an invasion of privacy. But if it will help in the fight against terrorism in this country, then by all means, listen in! He is doing his best to keep us safe against terrorism.

I don't feel safe, "under" anyone.
Pres Bush is but a spokesman for the corporate global elite, who have big plans for us little people. It doesn't matter who is President, it ain't going to get any better.

I feel safer...don't know what I would've felt like under Kerry's watch...because I don't know what he would have done. I think backing down and out is wrong right now...it would send the wrong message to the world, like in Somalia...battle of Mogadishu...we turned tail and ran, Osama saw that, saw us as weak....ready for attack...

I don't think Bush has put us in a hole we can't get out of. I feel that he has made sound decisons but certain other factions of government keep trying to tie his hands & impede the overall progress.
Reminds me of a quote, can't remember who said it: "I can't fight you and fight FOR you at the same time."

He's not my leader, so I don't know.
Although, speaking from the international level, he's worsened the image of the U.S. more than any other President in the past.

I am horrified by him. He is the biggest joke of a President this country has ever had. He can't read, speak, think, or make logical decisions.
