He moved to his country 4 years ago.I miss him,I still care about him but I am not in love with him anymore,thats why I divorced him.My ex-husband wished that I will give him a 3rd chance for the longest time he beg me.But I coulndt lie to my self or him..so I have kept things real,even doh my heart wants him back but the memorys left scars big scars in my heart ...

Do positive things to occupy your mind like shopping, watching movies, spa treatments, etc. Then if that doesn't work, then go ahead and call him. I would say its safe, since he's in his country. But i definately would stick to the first ideas if you have not gained your emotional strength

It sounds like you made the right choice in ending the relationship. I've been divorced 4yrs now and my ex lied and cheated on me. Yet I still care about him. Now don't get me wrong, I DON"T want him back. Ever. But you don't stop loving someone just because you're apart. You're also probably missing the together time vs being alone. Surround yourself with good friends and family. Do things just for yourself. Allow yourself time to grieve this loss. It is a grieving process. Don't go backwards. And once you're stronger if you feel you still want to call and remain friends, go ahead. Good luck!

Why don't you change your life style, get new place to live, if this is not possible, change the place where you live. Paint, new curtains, furniture. Then change you, your ward robe, hairstyle, and even take a few night classes. Do something to occupy your time so you don't have time to miss a looser. Your not one, why waist your time on one. How can you stop missing your ex ??? Go to the gun range more often and your aim will get better and better....
