I have been married to someone who is outside my race. We are happy and get along really well. Race has nothing to do with a successful marriage.

Sometimes, parents object to such relationship for good reasons. As their child, you should listen to what they are saying and then decide in favor or against it.

if your still looking at race as an isue then maybe your not ready. The color of a persons skin doesnt make the person. If you love the person your with and Know "they" are the one for you for all time then skin color sholud have nothing to do it

Absolutely. I'm actually in an interracial relationship now. His parents had a huge problem with it at first, but eventually they realized that I'm his girlfriend, not theirs.

i dated an african woman once and it didn't work out cause to many of my race thought it was wrong for us to be dating,especially my family so we broke up due to racial tension,racism in the south go figure!
