the cinematography left much to be desired making me more than a little nauseous at some stages of the film, but im a wimp when things POP out of nowhere so i found those sequences pretty terrifying. granted i was 11 when i first saw it ..

I'm a horror movie buff from the womb.Nothing really grabs me anymore Blair Witch was one of the most boring movies i had ever seen until i saw part two.If more horror films these days were as unpredictable as that ending, they wouldn't be beat out by kiddie movies.

I usualy get told I have an over active imagination but I didn't think much of Blair Witch, it just didn't do anything for me
I prefer asian horror (creepy rather than jumpy kind of scares) I have, much to my friends annoyance, been known to even giggle at western horrors

Wow I remember how they put out commercials and a documentary on MTV like it was a true story. My boyfriend and I went, it was okay but a huge let down. Mostly I kept getting motion sick because of the moving camera. But it was interesting.
EVEN BETTER: is the Scooby Doo Project.. they show it on the cartoon network every Halloween.

I frankly thought it was brilliant. It was far creepier to me than many horror movies with mega-budgets and one special effect after another. My daughter and her friend were having a sleepover and had just finished watching it upstairs when a big earthquake hit. They were spooked out of their minds. Twelve year olds are capable of screaming at an impressive volume.

As scary as it was, and I can admit that. They got really lucky that they were the first people to make this kind of movie with the home video kind of feel.

That was the silliest non-scary movie I have ever seen. I fell asleep watching it. There's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. LOL.

i think it was brilliant in the way it was made and marketed but the movie itself was pretty stupid. but due to the marketing (missing posters etc) it scared the crap out of a LOT of people and made a butt-load of money. brilliant.

Totally blah. I couldn't even look at the screen most of the time...too much jumping around, almost lost it in my popcorn...totally overrated.
- and I am a big scaredy cat too....
