If you are talking about Chamillionaire's Song "Ridin" is the actual title according to Yahoo! MUSIC then check out what's implied at the link below ("it ain’t like they are gonna find a blunt stuffed under my car seat") So I guess all who responded above me are about right...it's about getting caught in the Act or can be interpreted that COPS can assume you are "Caught in the act" when you are not ...(doing drugs, speeding but are ...just looking guilty) also I included a link to decipher other words in that song...
