Some gals have ejaculate which is considered a G-spot orgasm it can be absolutely mind blowing others (gals who have not yet mastered the G-spot orgasm) have a just as intense orgasm with out the liquid it is considered a vaginal orgasm. The difference in the G-spot orgasm and the male orgasm is gals can have multiple orgasms with no so called rest period in between. How do I personally know when I have reached ultimate satisfaction I get really sensitive to touch in all key areas when it gets to the point where I can not handle to touch myself I'm done. I know that sounds cliche but it is how I know I am through. It is a little easier for a man to tell he is done he goes limp we don't go limp but i get really sensitive.
